Hot-formed & Cold-formed Pressure Vessel Heads

As a manufacturer of hemispherical and elliptical heads, we have been supplying our hot-formed and cold-formed pressure vessel heads to global pressure vessel manufacturers for over two decades. Commonly formed materials include various grades of carbon steels, alloy steels, duplex stainless steels, nickel alloys, and aluminum. Other materials are also available upon request.

 

Our facility produces pressure vessel heads and knuckle cones up to 6,500 mm in diameter weighing up to 30 tons.

Manufactured and engineered in South Korea, our Horizontal Steam Drums are used by Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) manufacturers and water boiler makers. Steam drums play an important role in effectively separating water to produce high quality steam for power plants. LPR supplies custom piping systems for the construction of industrial projects including LNG terminals, petroleum refineries, chemical plants, and power plants. This helps to save valuable time and resources by minimizing on-site fabrication resulting in shortened equipment start up times.

 

The entire pipe spool manufacturing processes are performed within our technologically advanced facility including the machining of flanges, heavy plate bending, joining, welding, and coating. LPR provides heat exchanger engineering and fabrication services for a wide range of industries including Petrochemical, Chemical, Renewable Energy, HVAC, Power Plants, Pharmaceutical, and Pulp/Paper Mills. Our extensive application experience includes heat exchangers for Heaters, Pre-Heaters, Superheaters, Vaporizers, Boilers, Reboilers, Coolers, Chillers, and Condensers.

Our specialty high-efficiency Plate Heat Exchangers (PHEs) are used in various global petrochemical projects, lumber mills, pharmaceutical and food pasteurization facilities as well as shipyards for shipbuilding. Patented high-pressure double sealing gaskets, up to 50 bar, are used in our standard PHEs allowing our heat exchangers to be fully disassembled for maintenance for improved efficiency and service life. Fully welded plate heat exchangers are also available for higher operating pressures and demanding conditions. Plant Process Skids

LPR’s team of engineers is experienced in designing and manufacturing skids for various plant processes, such as Urea-to-Ammonia (U2A) skids. We are capable of performing the necessary engineering, procurement, and fabrication and offer both design-build and build-to-print skid fabrication services.

Packaged Wastewater Treatment Systems

Our modularized packaged wastewater treatment skids can meet varying amounts of fresh water requirements by combining the use of multiple units. By using vapor compression distillation technology with latent heat exchangers, our packaged wastewater treatment systems allow an extremely energy efficient way of producing fresh water from wastewater, salt water, and contaminated ground water. Some common applications include use for offshore rigs and chemical plants.
