Crankshaft Crack Inspection Machine | Eddy Current

The crankshaft crack inspection machine uses an eddy current method for detecting cracks. It consists of a lift and carry transfer system, automatic detection function, NG chute loader, and automatic marking systems for OK products. The eddy current sensor scans the surface of the crank shaft and performs the check on the following features:

Semi-Auto Camshaft Measuring Machine

The semi-automatic camshaft measuring and inspecting machine has a manual loading and unloading system while its measurement and inspection is fully automated with mastering functions; operators can start the inspection process by pushing a button on the machine at any time. When the machine detects NG products, it activates an audible and visual alarm. The cycle resumes only after the operator turns off the alarm. The inspection and measurement are done automatically by the mastering function. The machine is known for its compact design and ease of use.

Automatic Connecting Rod Measuring Machine

Dynamic Measuring Head Machine

Dynamic measuring head machine is used to inspect chips inside the seal of caliper bodies. A sensor loaded gantry robot contacts the surface of the seal and rotates inside the seal to detect the chip. Once the chip is detected, the OK product is sent to the next process and the NG product goes into the NG chute.

Acoustic Resonance Tester

The acoustic resonance test is a cost effective technique for testing structural anomalies, defects, and damages to parts in production.

 

Using the acoustic resonance frequency, it precisely measures and locates defective part.

 

Acoustic resonance test offers wide applicability with a variety of test subjects. The test is completely automated and processed with precise hammer blow. Striking the part with precise hammer blow measures the simulation of resonance from resulting frequencies. If the behavior differs from standard, the components may harbour defect such as cracks, cavities and density fluctuations.
