Fatigue and durability tests are used to optimize mechanical structures produced for the automotive industry. LPR Global’s multi-axle performance system controllers were introduced to the market in 2004 and multi-simulation system controllers in 2010. A wide range of test equipment solutions is available for the automotive industry from materials testing, fatigue and durability testing to performance testing. Linear Side Force Wave, Single Wave, Double Wave, Triple Wave
Our material testing machines inspect tensile strength, compression strength, cutting strength, bending strength and elongation of metal, rubber, PVC, leather, copper wire, and plastic. These machines come in either hydraulic servo or AC servo motor type. The hydraulic servo type and the hydraulic testing machine consist of 4 models with a maximum capacity of 300kN, 500kN, 1mN, and 2mN each. The maximum ram stroke is 180mm.
