Made with POSCO’s materials, LPR’s cost effective fittings and valves require no maintenance and can be disassembled and reassembled multiple times. Iy-Lok zero leakage fittings and valves are interchangeable with Swagelok and Parker brands; they come in both ANSI and metric sizes.

Compression Pipe Fittings

LPR’s compression stainless steel, brass, monel fittings were specifically developed for instrumentation, process and control systems, and equipment used at chemical, petroleum, nuclear power generation, and pulp and paper plants.

 

LPR’s compression fittings can be disassembled and reassembled multiple times.

Double ferrule compression type fittings are used for 1/8” to 2” and 2mm to 38mm pipes.

ly-Lok twin tube fittings consist of four parts designed to provide secure leak-proof joints, which are capable of satisfying high pressure, vacuum and vibration applications.

LPR Global offers instrumentation pipe fittings, 37° flared pipe fittings, clean (VCR fittings), and swivel fittings. Connectors are available in various sizes, multi-step reductions, and shapes which reduce the number of fittings required in a system. Male threads are protected to ensure thread integrity.

Threads meet or exceed requirements of ANSI B1.20.1. MIL-P-7105 B [ANPT] for tapered pipe threads, to ensure quality requirements for leak-free systems. Attractive finishes meet quality appearance requirements for precision equipment.
