Surface Mount LEDs | High Brightness SMD LEDs

We manufacture ultra-high brightness Surface Mount LEDs (SMD LEDs) available in different colors, but specialize in white light emitting Surface Mount LEDs with low current & voltage requirements. They have low power consumption, high reliability, a compact size, wide viewing angles, conformity to international safety standards,  are eco-friendly (no lead) and have a flame retardant shell that prevents short circuits between the PCB solder joints and the metallic signs, making it safe to handle. The circuit board is packed in flame resistant epoxy resin with high thermal conductivity.

Surface Mount LED packages are manufactured with high quality materials which are made of industrial plastics and are impact resistant. These SMD LEDs are easy to install, moisture resistant and require little or no maintenance. We also take pride in the fact that the Surface Mount LEDs are manufactured following high quality standards and maintain a zero recall rate.

Our state of the art manufacturing processes and superior products have resulted in strategic alliances with OSRAM, HP, DELL, and LG for back lights and the Swedish company Scania for head lamp applications to name a few. SMD LEDs are produced using Nichia’s chips.

Fully customized LED packages are available for testing. Minimum order volumes apply.
