LPR Global offers high brightness and compact surface mounted LED packages and modules, which are produced using advanced manufacturing technology for full color surface-mount device (SMD) LED packages used in automotive interior lighting, home appliance lighting, and computer laptop display and indoor/ outdoor general lighting. 

 

We use Indium Gallium Nitride (InGaN) LED and flip chip surface mounting advanced semiconductor packaging technique to manufacture white light SMD LEDs with improved electrical performance, low power consumption, long service life, and stable thermal regulation. Our manufacturing process is RoHS Compliant, and our products are AEC-Q102 certified. We offer 1 chip, 2 chip, 3 chip, 4 chip, 6 chip LED packages that allow full color and brightness customization.  

 

Our automotive sector clientele includes: Hyundai Motor, KIA Motor, Volkswagen, Renault, General Motors (GM), BMW, and Honda. Our home appliance sector clientele includes: LG Electronics, Samsung Electronics, Winia/ Daewoo Electronics, SK Magic Electronics, and WIBE. Our strategic partners include OSRAM, HP, DELL, LG, Scania, and Nichia.

Surface Mount LEDs | High Brightness SMD LEDs

 

We manufacture ultra-high brightness Surface Mount LEDs (SMD LEDs) with low power consumption, high reliability, compact size, wide viewing angles, and strict conformity to international safety standards. Our LED packages are eco-friendly (no lead) and are enclosed in flame retardant shell to prevents short circuits between the PCB solder joints and the metallic signs. The circuit board is packed in flame resistant epoxy resin with high thermal conductivity.
