Our full product range includes our standard live centers with a 60°-point, heavy-duty live centers, waterproof live centers, high-speed live centers, draw-off nut live centers, multi-sealing live centers, bull head live centers, interchangeable point live centers, dead centers, and face drivers. We offer options of carbide-tipped points that are hardened to 90 ± 5 HRa, extended points, and various point angles, including 30°, 60° and 80° points.
Standard High-Speed Live Centers for CNC Machining
LPR Global’s BN live center product line is commonly used for most CNC and conventional machine operations. Our Standard CNC High-Speed Live Centers are equipped with double angular bearings, specifically designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads.
The bearing space is protected from dust and coolants by a high-performance lip seal and a deflected shaft design, resulting in longer service life and higher production output.
Available in Morse Taper sizes of MT2 to MT6, the Standard CNC High-Speed Live Center has a heat-treated body and 60° point to 60 ± 2 HRc for extra strength, rigidity, and service life. It comes with the option of a carbide-tipped point, which is heat-treated to 90 ± 5 HRa.

BNL30 Model | Extended Shaft with 30° Point
The BNL30 model CNC High-Speed Live Center comes with an extended shaft and a 30° point for improved clearance and machining flexibility. The extended shaft adds an extra 10.5mm to 19.3mm in shaft length, while maintaining the same workpiece weight capacity and RPM as our standard BN model.
BNL30A Model | Extended Shaft and Center Point with A-Type 60° Point
The BNL30A model CNC High-Speed Live Center has a shaft extension and a 60° center point extension for superior tool clearance and machining flexibility. Compared to our standard model, the extended shaft and center point adds an extra 20.5mm to 46.8mm in shaft length.
Premium High-Speed Live Centers | BNH Series
The Premium High-Speed Live Center is equipped with roller bearings for superior axial and radial load support. It has an additional anti-friction seal to deflect coolants and to maintain high operation RPMs of 5,000 to 6,000.

Economical High-Speed Live Centers | BS Series

BSL30 Model
Economical Extended Shaft with 30° Point. Adds 8mm to 15mm to the standard shaft length.
BSL30A Model
Extended Shaft and Center Point High-Speed Live Center with an A-type 60° point. Adds 14mm to 32mm to the standard shaft length.
Super High Speed Live Centers | BHS Series
The Super High Speed Live Center is designed for special machining needs that require up to 250% greater operational speeds. It is equipped with a labyrinth seal to deflect coolants and support ultra-high speeds. The drain hole is located on the bottom of the BHS Model.
This live center has a guaranteed accuracy of 0.002mm or 0.0001″ TIR , a heat-treated body, and 60° point of 60 ± 2 HRc hardness. We also offer an optional carbide-tipped point with 90 ± 5 HRa hardness.
The Super High Speed Live Center is also available in 2 extended models that add up to 33mm in shaft length. Please contact us for more information.

Heavy Duty Live Centers for CNC Grinding and Machining | TN Model
LPR Global’s Heavy-Duty Live Centers are engineered with taper roller bearings for superior axial and radial load capacity.
As with most of our live centers, we guarantee an accuracy of 0.003mm or 0.0001″ TIR for the TN Model. This live center has a heat-treated body and 60° point to 60 ± 2 HRc for extra strength, rigidity, and service life. We offer the heavy-duty live center with the option of a carbide-tipped point, which is hardened to 90 ± 5 HRa.

Waterproof Live Centers for Inspection and Testing | WP Model
We offer an enhanced waterproof live center that is ideal for CNC, inspection, and testing machining. LPR Global’s Waterproof Live Center features a small head diameter to maximize clearance space between tool holders and turning tools. It is equipped with a custom fit needle bearing structure and has a guaranteed accuracy of 0.003mm or 0.0001″ TIR.
Our standard waterproof model has a heat-treated body and 60° point to 60 ± 2 HRc. For additional strength and rigidity, we also offer carbide-tipped points of 90 ± 5 HRa.

Extended Shaft with 30° Point | Waterproof Live Center | WPL30 Model
Our Waterproof Live Center is also available with an extended shaft in the WPL30 model. Compared to our Standard Waterproof model, the extended shaft adds an extra 13mm to 39mm in shaft length, for improved tool clearance and machining flexibility.
Extended Shaft and Center Point with A Type 60° Point | Waterproof Live Center | WPL30A Model
For the utmost tool clearance for cramped work spaces, our WPL30A model adds an additional 19mm to 59mm in shaft length to our standard waterproof model. This model has an extended shaft, as well as an extended center point with a 60° angle.
Draw Off Nut Live Center | BNN Model
The Draw Off Nut Live Center is designed for easy release from tailstock and is specifically suited for safe and quick disassembly on copying lathes and CNC machines with cutting threads.

Multi-Sealing Live Centers | UN Model
The Multi-Sealing CNC Live Centers are equipped with a high-performance lip seal and an additional V-seal for superior protection from dust and coolant ingress. The multi-seal extends the product life for applications in automated CNC installation for superior value and high production capacity.

High Speed Multi-Sealing Live Center | UNH Model
For machining applications that require higher RPM and long product life, our recommend our High-Speed Multi-Sealing Live Centers. Our UNH model’s maximum RPM is 58% to 66% higher than our standard multi-sealing model.
