Aluminum brazing furnace operates in a controlled atmosphere for brazing of aluminum parts. To meet high production demands, it brazes continuously with an atmosphere-locking technology to shorten braze time. Applications for our controlled atmosphere brazing furnace include aluminum-based automotive parts such as radiators, heat exchangers, and cylinder blocks.

Aluminum Brazing Furnace | Batch Oven

Batch type aluminum brazing furnace is available as a box type oven or connected in a line to produce a semi-continuous brazing process. This is done by linking three chambers: preheating chamber, brazing chamber, and cooling chamber for an effective heat transfer.

This aluminum brazing batch furnace is excellent for brazing larger aluminum parts. Utilizing small space efficiently, we have been getting high satisfaction from clients by providing the most efficient brazing results within limited space. Stainless Steel Brazing | Annealing Furnace

This stainless steel brazing furnace is a multi-functional furnace that can also proceed annealing after brazing within one furnace, saving production costs and machinery costs.

This stainless steel brazing furnace operates on a mesh belt to maintain a high-speed, continuous brazing process for stainless steel, copper alloys, and other metals that require a light atmosphere for brazing.

Steel Brazing Furnace | Energy Efficient

This energy efficient brazing furnace is used for brazing steel as well as ferrous and copper alloy parts. This brazing furnace will lower your operational costs while reducing environment impacts by recycling by-produced heat and energy from the exothermic gas generator to preheat steel parts before they are brazed. By embedding the exothermic gas generator within the heating section of the furnace, this steel brazing furnace recycles energy. Unlike other gas generators that need large volumes of water to cool down, this brazing furnace saves water, energy, and costs.

This preheating furnace is for preparing your metal parts before brazing or heat treatment.The preheating furnace takes advantage of small space using only half the length of other regular furnaces. Also, the preheating furnace uses forced circulation within a tight space to ensure a rapid preheating process while significantly reducing space required for brazing. Carburizing furnace runs in a continuous process with reduced frictional resistance, and are the most suitable for large quantity productions of low carbon steel parts of high alloy steel parts such as fasteners, and other small components. Bright Annealing Furnace | Roller Hearth Continuous System

Our Bright Annealing Furnace provides solution annealing in a controlled atmosphere to minimize oxidation while relieving the internal stress and increasing ductility of the steel components. By applying controlled heat, the steel parts are heated, then cooled slowly in our continuous oven.

 

This bright annealing furnace has an atmosphere gas generator embedded into the machine, which recycles generated energy from the atmosphere gas and uses it for preheating the next batch of parts before they are annealed. This process saves approximately 180 KW/hr for an annealing process of 2000 kg/hr, and lowers the CO2 output by 27%. Save your operating costs and operate your facility with energy efficient annealing furnaces.

 

Not only that, although oxide scaling can be prevented in a typical bright annealing furnace, it is difficult to remove the temper color. Our bright annealing furnace took this into consideration, and implemented a specially designed spheroidizing furnace (cooling chambers) that allows heat treatment of metal coated parts.

Bright Annealing Furnace Applications

A Bright Annealing Furnace is required to restore the ductility after cold forming, grinding, machining, bending or drawing in order to relieve the stress built up from previous steps and to avoid cracking as the parts move on to the next manufacturing step that might use higher temperature.

Bright Annealing can be applied to steel parts, as well as non ferrous parts such as copper, aluminum or brass material.

Carburizing Furnace | Case Hardening

Carburizing furnace carburizes low carbon steel parts and high alloy steel parts to create a a wear resistant surface while keeping the strength in the inner core of the parts and in a continuous process.

 

Our standard carburizing furnace runs on a mesh belt skid rails with reduced frictional resistance, making it suitable for production of large quantity metal products like fasteners, (bolts and nuts, screws, washers). With the mesh belt skid rails, it is best for demanding production yield requirements, processing heat treatment up to 1500 kg/hr.

Optimum Quality at Minimum Expense

  • Carburizing furnace is equipped with a gas generator inside the furnace to reduce the cost of gas production by 50%.
  • The atmosphere gases in the carburizing furnace are recycled and reused to cut raw material cost.
  • Exhaust gases are refined and recycled for the next heat treatment batch using N2 base for refinement.

Atmosphere Control Technology

  • Inner atmosphere is strictly controlled to block out external influences.
