Mini/Micro RFID Metal Tag
Traditional RFID tags may encounter signaling issues when attached to a metallic surface. This is due to either interference of backscatter caused by the reflection of energy waves emitted by the RFID reader on metal, or a dipole antenna of an RFID on a metal surface causing an electrical short. This could lead to a short signal range, phantom reads, or no read signals at all. Although the traditional solution is to implement a spacer to reduce interference, this makes the tag itself larger, bulkier and impractical. Our Metal RFID tags work around this problem by using innovative antennae technology to nullify the effects of metal affecting the tag, while maintaining its compact size. Potential uses of Mini Metal RFID Tags include metal asset management in the iron and steel industry, tool tracking, weapon tracking, and medical device quality control.

High Temperature RFID Tag
Our High Temperature RFID tags can withstand storage temperatures of up to 250 degrees Celsius and can operate in temperatures of up to 85 degrees Celsius. This allows our High Temperature RFID tags to be implemented in tracking assets in various industrial settings. For example, our High Temperature RFIDs can be comfortably used to track assets during industrial paint baking processes, which involve temperatures of 205 degrees Celsius. In addition to durability, our High Temperature RFID Tags are highly accurate and dependable. The Alien Higgs® 3 IC Chips in our tags have industry-leading performance, ensuring that your assets are accurately and reliably tracked.

Laundry RFID Tag
Laundry tags are a necessity for institutions that use any type of garments throughout their organization. This can include uniforms, medical garments, janitorial supplies and any type of clean linens. RFID tags enable various organizations such as hospitals, commercial cleaners and medical facilities to track and organize their assets. However, the tags must be robust enough to withstand the high temperatures, physical duress, submersion in water and exposure to chemicals that are involved in the laundering and sterilizing process. Our Laundry RFID Tags are cased in transparent TPU (Thermoplastic Urethane) that is both mechanically strong, resistant to abrasion, and chemically unreactive. This provides ample protection from these conditions, ensuring that your assets are accounted for.

Flexible PVC RFID
Flexible RFIDs are made possible through the use of plastic substrates. Our flexible RFID tags consist of an Aluminum layer on top of a substrate made from PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate), allowing our RFID tags to have flexible antennae and thus be able to be attached to virtually any surface, regardless of whether if it is curved or irregular. This allows the RFID tags to be integrated into virtually any kind of product; clothing, paper packaging, security documents, pipes are all possible assets that can be tracked by flexible RFID tags. A flexible RFID can also be folded, bent, or even wrapped around the wrist for RFID tags to be worn on the body.

Magnetic Metal RFID Tag
Magnetic RFID Tags are suitable for tagging metal assets as the magnetic force makes attachment easier. Our magnetic metal tags’ antennae are made of a combination of Cu and FR-4 grade epoxy laminate. Due to the properties of FR-4 grade material which include effective electrical insulation, high mechanical strength, and minimal water absorption, our magnetic metal RFID tags are built to last and will endure most industrial situations. Our magnetic metal tags are waterproof, chemically resistant and heat-resistant.
